Job Description – Closing Manager

Position: Closing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage qualified real estate leads from initial contact to final closure.
Call leads, understand their requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp to maintain lead engagement.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and other relevant information to prospective clients.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested prospects.
Convert site visits and qualified leads into successful bookings and sales closures.
Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and concerns effectively.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures in the CRM/lead tracker.
Coordinate with the pre-sales, site, documentation, and management teams to ensure smooth closure.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by management.
Track lead quality and provide feedback to the sourcing/marketing team to improve lead generation.




Maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle until booking and documentation.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Closing / Property Sales.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in handling leads and converting them into sales.
Target-oriented and confident in closing deals.
Valuable knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market will be an advantage.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and basic reporting.

Pay: ₹20,672.69 - ₹40,000.00 per month
