Inward & Outward of all HVAC materials - Copper pipe, AC units, VRF/VRV, Ducting sheet, Insulation, Refrigerant gas, Compressors, PCB, Electrical items etc

.Maintain Stock Register, GRN, Issue Slip, Material Return Slip.Ensure proper Bin Card / System entry (Tally / SAP / Excel).

B. Inventory Control:Daily stock checking and monthly physical stock audit

Maintain Minimum / Maximum stock level and give timely Purchase Requisition to Purchase Dept.

Ensure FIFO system for gas, chemicals, oils.

C. Documentation:Maintain all documents - Invoice, Challan, Warranty Card, Test Certificate.

Prepare daily Stock Report, Consumption Report, Shortage Report.D.

Store Maintenance:Proper stacking, labelling, and preservation of HVAC material.Ensure safety, fire extinguisher, 5S in store.





Coordinate with Customs / CFS team for bonded materials if applicable.

E. Coordination:Coordination with Site Engineers, Service Team, Purchase & Accounts Dept.

Verification of material with PO and QC check before GRN.
Required Skills: Knowledge of HVAC materials (Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation)Knowledge of SAP / Tally ERP / MS ExcelIn ventory Management & Documentation Positive Communication
Qualification & Experience:Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical4-8 Years experience as Store Manager / Store Incharge in HVAC / MEP Company5.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
