Position: Position: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales

Experience: 0–2 years

Salary : 10000 - 18000

Office Time : 10 AM to 6 : 30 PM

Location: Rohini sector 7

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Health insurance policies to current and existing customers.

Generate leads through calls, references, and other channels.

Understand customers’ insurance requirements and recommend suitable plans.

Explain policy perks, coverage, premiums, exclusions, and terms.

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

Maintain regular communication with clients and assist with policy-related queries.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Required Skills:

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of health insurance products.

Customer-handling and relationship-management skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
