FLOOR MANAGER-JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage the overall operations and assign daily tasks, manage staff schedules.

· Supervise and lead the team, including scheduling, training, performance management & provide ongoing training.

· Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

· Monitor inventory, stock, organize displays, and reorder products when needed.

· Ensure smooth opening and closing of daily operations.

· Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain a positive work setting.

· Develop and implement customer retention and service improvement initiatives & ensure exceptional customers service

· Coordinate housekeeping and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensure the salon floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations

· Support marketing activities and business growth initiatives & generate daily or monthly sales reports

· Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Greet guests, address client concerns,



and resolve complaints quickly.

· Oversee the smooth flow of appointments, walk-ins, and client transitions between stations.

· Monitor the performance, punctuality, grooming, and dress code of stylists, beauticians.

· Greet VIP clients, answer service inquiries, and encourage repeat visits and rebooking

· Monitor product usage, track retail inventory levels, and order recent supplies or vendor items

· Understanding the client’s needs and recommending the necessary services.

· Answering questions about salon services provided to the client.

· Working in collaboration with Hair Stylists, Beauticians, and other team members.

· Maintaining financial records and issuing payment receipts to clients and cash management.

· Preparing and maintaining retail, sales, and customer reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
