Job Descripation
Make Daily Purchase and Sales Entry in Tally
Prepare Proforma Invoice, Tax Invoice, Ledger Statement on regular basis Verifying Payments Details shared by customers and making entry in Accounting Software.
Keeping Track of due Cheques and their status.
Coordinate with Sales Team for Order/ Payment/ Dispatches
Assist Senior Accountant in Preparing Reports for GST filling
Keeping an eye on Inventory Status and need to create PO.
Create Purchase Orders as per requirement.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
Monitor accounts receivable and payable for timely collections and payments
coordinate with Production & Dispatch Team for smooth order & dispatch management
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
