About the role

Leadership role in Hyderabad or Ahmedabad to build TTEC's agentic AI automation framework and unlock process efficiency across business units.

Key Responsibilities




Design and implement multi-agent workflows using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
Build agent orchestration flows including tool routing and memory/context handling
Develop MCP-based integrations to expose internal systems as discoverable runtime tools
Create evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy, task completion, and safety before and after deployment
Drive automation roadmap execution to improve operating efficiency across business units
Collaborate closely with the co-located development team and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements
Strong experience designing and implementing multi-agent systems
Hands-on expertise in Google ADK or equivalent agent platform
Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
Ability to design measurable evaluation and safety frameworks for AI agents
Solid system integration skills and enterprise automation mindset
Excellent collaboration skills for co-located, cross-functional delivery
