Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals for our IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through online platforms, networking, cold calling, and emails.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services and solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




Strong understanding of IT services and the software development life cycle.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other B2B platforms is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a robust drive for results.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
Knowledge of digital marketing and SaaS products
