Hiring: Meta Ads & Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a Meta Ads & Lead Generation Executive who can plan, run, optimize, and scale Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our courses and training programs.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
Generate qualified leads through Meta Lead Ads and landing-page campaigns.
Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaigns.
Perform audience research, retargeting, and lookalike audience targeting.
Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and campaign performance.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Coordinate with the sales/counselling team to track lead conversion.
Analyze campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
Manage daily/weekly advertising budgets effectively.




Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, targeting options, and recent advertising features.

Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads.
Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
Experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, funnels, and campaign optimization.
Analytical mindset with good reporting skills.
Experience in the education/training industry will be an advantage.
