Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement the overall sales and business development strategy for Seed2Plant.
Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.
Identify new markets, territories, schools, and institutional opportunities for business expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, management, coordinators, and key decision-makers.
Lead high-value meetings, presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
Develop strategic partnerships and institutional tie-ups to drive long-term business growth.

Team Leadership & Management
Build, manage, train, and motivate the sales team.
Set individual and team targets and monitor performance regularly.
Establish explicit sales processes, reporting systems, and performance metrics.




Conduct regular pipeline reviews and provide guidance to team members on lead conversion and client handling.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies.

Marketing & Market Expansion
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
Identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Plan campaigns and outreach initiatives to generate qualified leads.
Explore current channels for customer acquisition and brand visibility.
Work closely with the leadership and operations teams to align marketing and sales initiatives.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
