Job Summary

We are looking for a Printer Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair printers and multifunction devices at client locations. The candidate should be technically skilled and willing to travel to client sites for service and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain laser, inkjet, and multifunction printers.
Diagnose and repair printer hardware and mechanical issues.
Troubleshoot paper jams, printing errors, connectivity issues, print quality problems, and scanner issues.
Replace and maintain printer components such as toner, drum units, rollers, fusers, cartridges, and other consumables.
Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of printers.
Install and configure printer drivers and software on Windows systems.
Configure printers through USB, LAN, and Wi-Fi connections.
Provide in office printer support at client locations.
Attend service calls and resolve issues within the required timeframe.
Maintain service reports, spare-parts records, and service documentation.




Coordinate with clients and the internal team regarding service requirements.
Travel to client locations for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Printer Technician or in a similar technical role.
Valuable knowledge of printer hardware, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Experience handling HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Kyocera, or similar printers is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, printer drivers, USB, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations.
Valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.
Ability to work independently at client sites.

Preferred Skills
Experience with MFP/copier machines is an added advantage.
Knowledge of printer networking and print-server configuration is a plus.
Experience handling printer spare parts and service documentation is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
