We are looking for an experienced HR Attendance Lead to manage employee attendance, shift scheduling, leave records, and HR attendance-related activities.

Job Summary

The HR Attendance Lead will be responsible for managing and monitoring daily employee attendance, shift rosters, leave records, late coming, absenteeism, overtime, and attendance-related payroll inputs. The role requires robust coordination with employees, department heads, security, payroll, and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely attendance records.

Key Responsibilities




Manage and monitor daily employee attendance for all departments and shifts.
Maintain accurate attendance records through biometric/attendance management systems.
Prepare and manage shift-wise attendance reports.
Coordinate with department heads regarding absenteeism, late coming, early leaving, and shift changes.
Maintain employee leave records and ensure proper approval and documentation.
Monitor overtime, weekly offs, holidays, and shift allowances.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
