Position: Assistant Legal Head

Qualification: LLB Mandatory
Experience: 3 - 9 years in Legal / Real Estate sector

Job Responsibilities:
Handle all legal matters related to real estate projects and company operations.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, MoUs, lease deeds, sale agreements, and vendor agreements.
Manage property documentation, title verification, land records, and due diligence.
Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Handle legal notices, disputes, litigation, and court-related matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
Review land and property documents and identify potential legal risks.
Provide legal advice to management on business and property-related matters.
Maintain proper records of all legal documents, cases,



agreements, and notices.
Support the management in resolving legal and contractual issues.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Real Estate Laws, Property Laws, RERA, Contract Law, and Civil Law.
Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
Valuable negotiation and communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
Experience in handling property and land-related legal matters will be preferred.

Eligibility:
LLB is mandatory.
Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Property Law preferred.
Candidates with experience handling legal matters independently will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
