Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their travel requirements, and curating customized travel packages based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients via outbound calls, inbound calls, and in-person meetings.
Understand customer travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
Design and curate personalized travel packages based on client needs.
Follow up with leads generated by the company and convert them into bookings.
Provide skilled travel advice and recommendations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive travel planning experience.
Training & Learning
15 days of structured training on travel packages and company processes.
45 days of practical learning with hands-on experience in handling client requirements and package creation.
Requirements
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable travel solutions.
Confidence in client interaction and outbound calling.
Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
Prior experience in travel consulting or sales is a plus.
