Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the café. The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or food & beverage operations, with strong skills in team management, customer service, inventory control, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the café.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and operational expenses.
Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective business and team management.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and procurement requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of raw materials and other supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.




Prepare and review daily sales, stock, attendance, and operational reports.
Control food costs, wastage, and other operational expenses.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Implement promotional activities and initiatives to increase sales.
Maintain staff discipline, grooming, attendance, and productivity.
Support management in improving café profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements
5–10 years of experience in Café / Restaurant / QSR / Hospitality / Food & Beverage operations.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Good knowledge of café/restaurant operations, inventory, billing, and cash management.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle staff and operational issues effectively.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
