HR Manager – Neofair Salons

Neofair Salons is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to build a robust team, manage employee needs, and support the growth of our salon business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong salon team
Handle employee attendance, performance, and HR records
Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives
Manage HR policies, discipline, and workplace concerns
Support training and professional development
Work closely with management on HR and staffing requirements

Requirements
Experience in HR management or recruitment
Strong communication and people-management skills
Valuable understanding of HR processes and employee relations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Previous experience in the salon, beauty, retail, or service industry is an advantage
