Monitor quality and food safety during production.
Check raw materials and packaging materials as per specifications.
Conduct in-process and finished product inspections.
Monitor CCP/CP, pH, Brix, salt, temperature, weight, sealing, etc.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSAI requirements.
Maintain QA records, inspection reports and batch documents.
Identify and report quality deviations and non-conformities.
Support root cause analysis and CAPA.
Coordinate laboratory testing and sample submission.
Monitor personal hygiene, sanitation and housekeeping.
Support internal, customer and certification audits.
Handle and investigate customer quality complaints.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Stores and R&D; for quality issues.
Ensure finished product release only after meeting quality requirements.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
