Key Responsibilities
Set and operate CNC turning/machining centers as per production requirements.
Prepare, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code/M-code.
Set machine parameters, work offsets, tool offsets, and cutting conditions.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders, and fixtures.
Perform machine setup and ensure proper tool alignment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and process sheets.
Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process inspection.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, and gauges.
Troubleshoot machining and programming-related issues.
Optimize cycle time, tool life, and machining parameters.
Ensure components are produced within specified dimensional and quality requirements.
Maintain production records, tool records, and setup documentation.
Follow safety procedures and 5S standards.




Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of CNC machine setting and programming.
Positive knowledge of G-code and M-code.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Knowledge of CNC turning / VMC / HMC machines.
Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, tooling, and machining parameters.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.
Basic understanding of GD&T.;
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
