Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and support for enterprise storage failures.
Manage incidents, problems, RCA, change requests, and vendor escalations.
Perform storage availability, performance, capacity management and tuning.
Handle storage patching, upgrades, hardware troubleshooting and DR activities.
Coordinate with vendors, customers and infrastructure teams.
Maintain SOPs, documentation, reports, audits and knowledge base.
Follow ITIL processes and drive service improvement initiatives.
