Job Summary:

The Avanse Sampark Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to Avanse customers. This role involves handling a variety of inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding Avanse products and services, primarily focusing on education loans. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a robust commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
Assist customers with understanding their loan applications, disbursement processes, repayment schedules, and other related queries.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.




Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to ensure accurate and consistent information delivery to customers.
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Educate customers on self-service options and digital platforms available for managing their accounts.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Participate in training and development sessions to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
