Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
Understand student requirements and provide course/admission counselling.
Explain courses, fees, batches, schedules, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Schedule counselling sessions, demos, and campus visits.
Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for student onboarding.
Handle queries and objections professionally.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, admissions counselling, customer service, or inside sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Robust follow-up and target-oriented approach.
Education/EdTech/Training industry experience will be preferred.
