Job Title: BD Desk Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BD Desk Executive to support our business growth by managing client enquiries, coordinating technical details, and preparing high-quality proposals. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our global clients and internal technical teams. This is a desk-bound, non-field sales role ideal for life sciences or pharmacy graduates who possess solid communication skills and a passion for the commercial side of pharmaceutical research.

Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Management: Review client enquiries (RFPs/RFQs) for analytical testing, bioanalytical, and preclinical studies.
Proposal Preparation: Coordinate with internal technical teams to gather data and prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
Client Coordination: Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly; support the BD team with client follow-ups and documentation.
System & Database Updates:



Maintain strict record-keeping of proposal documents in shared folders and log tracking details in CRM/LIMS systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with diverse departments to ensure the timely submission of client bids.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm, or B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences. An MBA in Pharma/Biotech is a plus.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or medical services industry (Freshers with robust domain knowledge are welcome).
Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmaceutical research, analytical testing, and a willingness to learn GLP, GMP, and international regulatory requirements.
