Role & responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D designs in coordination with Principal Architect.
Develop design proposals based on Operation team requirements, project scope, budget, and site conditions.
Prepare working drawings, specifications, schedules, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and other consultants.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, planning requirements, and safety standards.
Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure conformity with approved drawings and design intent.
Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients to resolve design and construction issues.
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project coordination meetings.
Assist with quantity estimates, cost planning,



material selection, and value-engineering exercises.
Manage design revisions and maintain accurate project documentation.
Assist senior architects and project managers in delivering projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
Stay updated on architectural materials, technologies, sustainability practices, and industry trends.
