WE’RE HIRING — FULL TIME ARTISAN BAKER

We are looking for a passionate and reliable full-time baker to join our team in Gurugram.

The role will focus on producing high-quality artisan breads, including:
Sourdough bread Panini Sandwich loaves Focaccia and other artisan breads New bread products as we expand our range

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage dough from mixing to fermentation and baking Maintain sourdough starters and preferments Follow recipes and production schedules consistently Shape, proof and bake different styles of bread Maintain consistent quality, weight and appearance Follow proper hygiene and food-safety practices Minimize wastage and maintain an organized bakery workspace Assist with developing and testing current bread products

What We’re Looking For





Previous professional baking experience is preferred, particularly with bread production. Experience with sourdough, long fermentation and artisan bread techniques will be an advantage.

More importantly, we are looking for someone who is disciplined, eager to learn, consistent and passionate about baking.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Position: Full-Time

Salary: Based on experience and skill level
