Operate CNC machines (Turning/Milling) as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces for production.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Monitor machining operations and ensure required dimensional accuracy and quality.
Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.
Make basic tool offsets and corrections as required.
Identify machining defects and take necessary corrective action.
Maintain proper production records and report machine/process issues.
Carry out basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.
Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company quality standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
