Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to handle client communication, lead generation, business development, relationship management, and recent client acquisition.

The role will primarily focus on Business Development, with limited responsibilities related to salary preparation and basic administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads through calls, references, networking, and other channels.
Contact potential clients and understand their requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and clients regularly.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business-related documents.
Negotiate with clients and support business closure.
Maintain records of leads, clients, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing.
Explore recent ideas and initiatives for business growth.




Prepare monthly salary sheets and coordinate salary-related activities.
Handle basic administrative tasks whenever required.

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Handling.
Solid communication and client-handling skills.
Good negotiation, follow-up, and lead-generation skills.
Experience in new client acquisition.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Comfortable communicating through calls, email, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Basic knowledge of salary preparation will be preferred.
Willingness to handle limited administrative responsibilities.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
