Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, target-driven Area Sales Executive / Manager to handle field sales and client acquisition across southern and central Kerala districts (Trivandrum, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta, and Kottayam).

The ideal candidate must have a solid background in B2B sales and technical knowledge of signboards, LED letter boards,visual branding solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify, visit, and pitch signage solutions to retail stores, commercial hubs, corporate offices, and recent business developments.
Product Consultation: Understand client visual branding requirements and pitch custom solutions including 3D LED acrylic letters, neon boards, ACP signages, and outdoor displays.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Convert inbound inquiries and generate self-sourced leads across assigned territories (Tvm, Ekma, Pta, Ktym).
Client Visits & Site Measurements: Coordinate initial site visits, measurements, and structural requirements with the estimation and fabrication teams.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare quotations, negotiate deals,



close sales contracts, and meet monthly revenue targets.
Account Management: Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, commercial contractors, and business owners.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in field sales / B2B sales (Direct experience in Signage, Printing, Advertising, or Building Materials preferred).
Product Knowledge: Solid knowledge of LED letter boards, 3D channel letters, ACP cladding, flex/vinyl printing, and illuminated signboards.
Territory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with business markets across Trivandrum, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta, and Kottayam.
Communication: Excellent verbal negotiation skills in Malayalam and basic conversational English/Hindi.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a two-wheeler for field travel.

Salary: Competitive Fixed Salary (15000 - ₹30000 per month based on experience).
