Role & responsibilities
Ensure timely dispatch of products to customers.
Achieve sales targets as per the business plan.
Release OEM schedules and forecasts to the plant on time.
Prepare and submit accurate weekly GRN reports.
Resolve GRN discrepancies and maintain documentation.
Ensure zero overdue payments and timely collections.
Raise recent customer enquiries to Engineering within SLA.
Resolve disputed advices within agreed timelines.
Acknowledge and follow up on disputed advices until closure.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and reporting timelines.
