Sales Manager
- SACO AEI BIHANI • DELHI NCR & Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (On-site)
- Yes — this should be much more explicit about who SAB Polymers is and the exact candidate profile you want. I’d use this as the opening/company description and candidate requirement:
- About SAB Polymers
- SAB Polymers is a joint venture between SACO AEI Polymers Inc., USA, and the Bihani Group, India, focused on manufacturing advanced cable compounds, primarily Halogen-Free compounds (LSZH / ZHFR / HFFR) for the wire & cable industry.
- We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have a strong understanding of the wire & cable ecosystem and can help expand SAB Polymers’ customer base across India.
- Who We Are Looking For
- Candidates should ideally come from one of the following backgrounds:
- * Cable Compounding Industry: Professionals with direct experience in selling cable compounds, particularly HFFR, LSZH, ZHFR or related polymer compounds.
- OR
- * Wire & Cable Industry Network: Professionals working with products, raw materials, machinery,

equipment or services supplied to wire & cable manufacturers, with an established network among purchase/procurement teams and key decision-makers within cable companies.
- The candidate should have the ability to leverage existing industry relationships, identify current opportunities, introduce SAB Polymers’ products to relevant customers, coordinate technical trials and approvals, and ultimately convert these opportunities into sustainable commercial business.
- Minimum Experience: 7 years in the wire & cable, cable compounds, or closely related industry.
- We are particularly interested in candidates with robust access to purchase heads, procurement teams, technical/R&D; teams, plant management and senior decision-makers at leading wire & cable manufacturers.
- I would make this the core of the JD because it immediately filters out generic sales applicants and makes transparent that an existing wire & cable industry network is critical.
