We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Finance Head to lead the Finance & Accounts function of our manufacturing organization. The role will be responsible for financial planning and control, accounting, working capital management, costing, budgeting, taxation, compliance, MIS, internal controls, and business finance.

The Finance Head will work closely with the Managing Director, CEO, plant leadership, procurement, sales, supply chain, and operations teams to drive profitability, improve cash flows, strengthen financial controls,



and support strategic business decisions.

Costing
Cash flow & Fund flow
Budgeting
MIS reporting
Taxation & Statutory compliance
Treasury & Bank
Risk Control

Requirements:

CA- Qualified

Typically, 15- 25 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably with substantial experience in a manufacturing setting.

Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Solid proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
