We are looking for a Data Engineer – L2 Support to support data and analytics platforms, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure smooth execution of data pipelines and batch processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 production support for data and analytics platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and batch jobs.
Identify and resolve data processing failures and data quality issues.
Troubleshoot issues related to Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.
Coordinate with Data Engineering and Application teams for issue resolution.
Monitor jobs and ensure timely completion of data workflows.
Handle incidents and ensure resolution within defined SLA timelines.
