Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the implementation of IT solutions across multiple branch locations with the support of local IT staff.

Gather, understand, and document client requirements, and translate them into functional requirements for the development team.

Plan, coordinate, and track feature development with third-party vendors and ensure timely delivery.

Manage dialer and CRM configuration, feature enablement, testing, and deployment.

Handle incident tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors until resolution.

Conduct product demonstrations, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer for end users.

Prepare implementation plans, project status reports, MIS reports, and technical documentation.

Maintain issue logs, change requests, and project documentation.

Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth production rollout.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.

Ensure adherence to project timelines and service-level commitments.
