Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International E-Commerce Seller Support Chat Process in Pune.

The role involves supporting international sellers through chat, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 6–12 months of experience in International Voice & Chat Process
Seller Support experience is mandatory
Seller Support experience from any industry/domain can be considered
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Positive interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Handle international seller queries through chat
Provide accurate and timely resolutions
Assist sellers with account, order, product, or process-related concerns
Maintain professional written communication
Follow process and quality guidelines
