Role & responsibilities
Operate micro surfacing machinery and equipment.
Carry out micro surfacing work as per project requirements.
Monitor machine operation, material flow and application.
Ensure proper mixing and application of micro surfacing materials.
Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Coordinate with site engineers and road construction teams.
Maintain machine and operation records.
Follow project quality, safety and operating procedures.
Report equipment issues and operational abnormalities to the maintenance/site team.
Preferred candidate profile
38 years of experience operating micro surfacing or similar road construction equipment.
Experience in road maintenance/highway projects preferred.
Valuable knowledge of machine operation and material application.
Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Willing to work at project sites and travel as required.
