Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality query resolution
Analyze customer feedback and behavioral insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification
Valuable understanding of digital marketing strategies and industry practices
Excellent communication, critical thinking,



coordination, and multitasking skills
Proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
