Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or finance.
Strong knowledge of branch operations, sales, and customer service principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with sales data analysis and market trend interpretation is an added advantage.
