Administer daily work distribution among team members as per priority and customer requirements.
Manage the team proactively by optimizing the departmental performance.
Ensure 5S of the unloading/loading zones
Manage the absenteeism within the specified target.
• Report departmental KPIs, any deviation, reasons for gaps and counter measures to management.
