Roles and Responsibilities
Manage export merchandising activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of orders from start to finish.
Coordinate with buyers and resolve any issues that may arise during any shipment.
Prepare accurate export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, bills of lading) according to customer requirements.
Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of export documentation procedures (e.g., EXIM policy).
Must be Convent educated (Fluency in English is preferable)
