Role & Responsibilities
Manage daily branch administration and overall floor operations.
Maintain accurate daily sales reports, attendance, inventory and operational MIS using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Supervise staff, allocate duties, manage schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor branch sales targets and motivate the team to achieve individual and overall performance goals.
Drive upselling and cross-selling to improve average bill value and branch revenue.
Maintain positive relationships with employees and customers through effective communication and people management.
Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations professionally.
Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, billing and daily cash reconciliation.
Ensure proper floor discipline, store presentation and operational standards.
Coordinate with management and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Any Graduate / MBA preferred.




Minimum 25 years of experience in Branch Administration, Retail Operations, Store Management or a similar role.
Must have strong computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel, Google Sheets and MS Office.
Valuable knowledge of Excel formulas, data entry, MIS preparation and reporting.
Experience in retail floor management and independent branch handling.
Robust people management, team coordination and interpersonal relationship skills.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to promote upselling and cross-selling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, resolve conflicts and make operational decisions.
Valuable analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined and capable of working with minimum supervision.
Candidates with experience in POS, CRM or ERP software will have an added advantage.
