JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring Sales Officer Trainees for a reputed global water technology and water heating brand. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build a career in field sales, dealer management, and business development.

Graduation BBA / B.com / BCA
Minimum 70% throughout academics
No backlogs
Male candidates only
Experience: 0–1 Year
Two-wheeler riding skills mandatory
Valid Driving License mandatory
COMPENSATION
CTC: 6,00,000 LPA
No Variable Pay
Mobile Reimbursement as per company policy
Travel Allowance as per company policy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle field sales activities in the assigned region
Drive secondary sales through dealers and distributors
Build and maintain dealer/distributor relationships
Conduct regular market visits and identify sales opportunities
Support channel partners in achieving sales targets
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure product visibility and market coverage
Generate recent business and contribute to sales growth
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Strong interest in Field Sales & Business Development
Valuable English and regional language communication skills
Target-oriented and self-driven approach
Positive interpersonal and relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
