Job description -
Take overall responsibility for project planning, execution and completion.
Manage fabrication, erection and structural steel project activities as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and internal teams.
Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery and equipment required for project execution.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the planned schedule.
Review project progress and prepare DPR, WPR, MPR and project status reports.
Coordinate with the planning, design, purchase, production, quality and accounts teams.
Monitor project costs, material consumption and resource utilization.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
Ensure fabrication and erection work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality requirements.
Identify project delays, execution issues and technical problems and take corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements and company procedures.




Conduct regular project/site meetings and communicate progress and critical issues to management.
Coordinate project billing, measurements, work completion documentation and client approvals.
Maintain proper project documentation, records and correspondence.
Ensure timely completion and handover of projects as per agreed requirements.

Required Experience & Skills
7 - 20 years of relevant experience in project management/execution.
Experience in fabrication, erection, structural steel, PEB, EPC or infrastructure projects.
Strong experience in site/project execution and project coordination.
Experience in managing manpower, contractors and subcontractors.
Valuable understanding of project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
Ability to coordinate multiple departments and project stakeholders.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project / Primavera P6 will be an advantage.
Good understanding of fabrication drawings, erection activities and structural steel work.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage projects within time, quality, safety and cost parameters.
