Role & responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Finance & Procurement modules.
Support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing and P2P processes.
Handle incidents, service requests, RCA, and SLA-driven production support.
Troubleshoot SQL/PLSQL, reports, interfaces, workflows, and integrations.
Support month-end/year-end close activities and financial reconciliations.
Gather requirements and support minor enhancements, SIT/UAT, testing and deployment.
Coordinate with business users, technical teams and vendors.

Preferred candidate profile
4+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP.
Solid Oracle Finance + Procurement techno-functional experience.
Valuable understanding of P2P and R2R processes.
Solid SQL/PLSQL skills.
Experience in AMS/Production Support, L2/L3, Incident & Problem Management.
Experience with ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy is preferred.
Exposure to Oracle integrations/OIC, BI Publisher, Reports and Workflows is a plus.
