10 to 15+ years of overall IT experience with a solid concentration in the Salesforce ecosystem. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Salesforce architect-level and Revenue Cloud certifications are strongly preferred; candidates without them are expected to pursue certification on the job.
•8+ years on the Salesforce platform, with significant experience architecting enterprise Quote-to-Cash solutions.
•2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (ARM); robust legacy CPQ backgrounds (Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Oracle) with demonstrable ARM exposure will be considered.
•Deep functional expertise across Product Catalog, Pricing, CPQ, Contracts, Amendments, Renewals, and Order Management.
•Hands-on technical proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and the Salesforce declarative toolset.
•Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
•Solid client-facing consulting skills able to run discovery workshops, challenge requirements, and present architecture to senior stakeholders.
Track record of mentoring developers and leading technical teams through full implementation lifecycles.
