We are looking for a skilled and motivated MEAN Stack Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our core development team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling high-performance web applications. You will manage the entire software development lifecycle, from database design to frontend integration. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who enjoys translating complex business requirements into seamless, functional digital products.

Role & responsibilities

Application Development & Maintenance
Full-Stack Engineering: Develop, test, maintain, and enhance robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular as applicable), and Node.js.
Architecture Implementation: Build clean, scalable, and reusable code modules ensuring optimal application performance and responsiveness.

Backend & Database Management
API Development: Design, build, and deploy robust backend services and secure RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Database Design: Architect, implement, and maintain highly efficient database schemas and queries using MongoDB.

Integration & Deployment
End-to-End Integration: Seamlessly integrate frontend user-facing elements with backend logic,



database layers, and third-party APIs/services.
Problem Solving: Identify bugs, troubleshoot system bottlenecks, and implement effective technical resolutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills & Expertise
Core Stack: Deep practical experience with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
Alternative Frontend Frameworks: Good working knowledge or familiarity with Angular is highly advantageous.
Database & APIs: Robust command over MongoDB indexing, aggregation frameworks, and RESTful API structures.
Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary frontend tools.
Version Control: Standard understanding of Git/GitHub workflow.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience Baseline: Exactly 2 to 3 years of professional experience working as a full-time software engineer or web developer in the IT sector.
