Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international logistics process in Noida. Candidates should have good English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Salary
For Undergraduates (UG) with 6+ months of experience:
CTC: Up to 41,000 per month
In-Hand: Up to 35,000 per month
For Graduates:
CTC: Up to 32,000 per month
In-Hand: Up to 26,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
Assist customers with logistics-related queries and requests.
Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.
Follow process guidelines, quality parameters and compliance requirements.
Meet individual performance and productivity targets.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate as per eligibility.
Experience: 6+ months experience required for UG salary bracket.
Communication: B2-level English communication required.
Comfortable handling international voice calls.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Candidates willing to work from office in Noida.
