Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer enquiries through telephone calls, WhatsApp/chat and face-to-face interactions, converting enquiries into branch visits and ultimately into sales. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion and customer-handling skills along with robust CRM and technology proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and convince prospective customers to visit the branch.
Follow up with leads regularly through phone calls,



WhatsApp and other digital communication channels.
Welcome and professionally handle customers visiting the branch.
Explain relevant services, packages, offers and memberships and assist customers in making suitable choices.
Convert telephone and digital enquiries into branch visits and sales/bookings.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Accurately update and manage all leads, follow-ups, customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Ensure no lead is missed and follow up with customers within the required timelines
