Key Responsibilities:
Manage 2530 business accounts, with a minimum account value of 5–10 Lakh.
Develop strong technical knowledge of products and services.
Promote and sell current products and technologies.
Manage existing business as well as develop a new business pipeline.
Build and maintain robust customer and supplier relationships.
Prepare timely monthly sales reports and business communications.
Travel extensively for customer visits and business development.
Implement pricing strategies and negotiate price increases.
Manage profitability, margins, commercial terms and supply-chain impact.
Control travel and entertainment expenses within budget.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
Sales qualified responsible for achieving annual sales, volume and business targets.
Strong focus on business growth and existing account management.
Experience in pricing and margin negotiation.
Strong value-selling and consultative selling approach.
Ability to maintain and grow existing business while developing new accounts.
