Supervise restaurant service, manage stewards and service staff, handle guest requests and complaints, coordinate with the kitchen, ensure proper table setup and maintain service quality and guest satisfaction.
Required Candidate profile
5–6 years of experience in hotel or restaurant service. Valuable communication, guest handling and team supervision skills. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards preferred.
