Minimum 15 years of experience in managing and overseeing real estate, industrial, commercial, or interior fit-out projects.
Solid technical understanding of construction project management, including civil, MEP, fit-out, and operational aspects of project delivery.
Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior client representatives.
Ability to attend and lead critical project review meetings and represent the organization in high-level discussions.
Act as the first level of escalation for clients after the Project Manager and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.




Provide guidance and support to Project Managers and site teams in resolving challenges related to project execution, resources, quality, safety, schedule, and cost.
Identify and address site team concerns that remain unresolved at the Project Manager level and facilitate appropriate interventions.
Robust understanding of contract administration, risk management, change management, and governance processes.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Experience in monitoring project performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving client satisfaction
