Experience Preferred Location Travel 8+ years Mysore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Coimbatore Versatile to travel Function About the Role HR Operations IndiVillage is looking for a seasoned HR Operations Manager to own the core HR operations charter spanning compensation & benefits, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, and performance management. This role is best suited to someone who has thrived in fast-paced startup settings and can bring structure, rigor, and speed to HR operations across IVT centers. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end Compensation & Benefits processes, ensuring competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance. • Manage payroll operations with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and statutory adherence. • Ensure statutory compliance across all applicable labour laws and welfare codes. • Handle grievance management and employee relations, resolving issues fairly and in a timely manner. • Drive end-to-end performance management, including the full appraisal cycle from goal-seing through to closure.



• Stay current on labour welfare codes and ensure organizational practices remain compliant as regulations evolve. • Support talent acquisition eorts as needed, partnering with hiring teams and leadership. • Partner with business and functional leaders across IVT centers on day-to-day HR operations maers. • Travel flexibly to IVT centers as required to support on-ground HR operations. What We're Looking For • 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, with strong hands-on exposure to Comp & Ben and payroll. • Solid working knowledge of statutory compliance and labour welfare codes. • Demonstrated experience managing grievance handling and employee relations. • Hands-on experience running end-to-end performance management and appraisal cycles. • Working knowledge of talent acquisition processes. • Prior experience in rapid-paced startup environments strongly preferred. • Flexibility to travel as business needs require.
