Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Engineer responsible for managing day-to-day shop-floor production, manpower, quality, tooling, and production planning. The candidate should have experience in manufacturing processes, preferably Railway Parts.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Engineering Drawing Reading is must.
Knowledge of FRP / Fibre Glass / Molding processes preferred
Proficient in using and interpreting Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Steel Scale
Shop Floor Management skills.
Manpower/Labour Handling and team coordination.
Knowledge of Production Planning & Manpower Planning.
Understanding of Quality Systems and inspection procedures.
Knowledge of 5S and workplace organization.
Basic knowledge of Tool & Die Maintenance.

Qualification & Experience
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in manufacturing/production operations.
Experience in Railway Parts manufacturing will be preferred.
Practical experience in FRP/Fibre Glass/ molding process will be an advantage.
